I'm writing in hopes someone else does not get ripped off like I did. My husband and I went to a National Grants seminar in Rochester, MN and listened to all the nice fast talk. To my horror we fell pray to four companies or maybe three companies (I'll explain later) that are not at all interested in providing an honest customer satisfied service I feel. They are only interested in taking your money and not providing you with the services or product support they speak about in their seminar. My husband and I have made many calls since October 2002 requesting we be allowed to discontinue their service without further payment.

We are willing to take a loss on what we've paid already as we tried their product but found it not to meet their claim. They do not provide the tech support they offered. They did not provide the training they stated in the seminar they would provide and the turn key stores are not all set and ready to go as promised. You need to update them before using them and are required to pay more to get them started. Plus after many hours of trying to update them and calling to the tech support on how to do it from Irvine Web I finally gave up. The tech support guy was very rude. I finally just gave up and didn't call. They presented to us a form to sign to get the web page and we signed it after asking what we were signing and was told it was just a form they used to get their payment from our account. We asked if we could cancel if we found the product to not meet what they said and we were told yes.

After calling and speaking with very rude people on the phone, my husband and I discovered something I felt I'd also like to share. I called Irvine Web Works again to ask them to let us out of the deal because they didn't meet their promise of service or satisfaction and was told no. Then my husband call Axin Financial Service and the man there stated they had just talked to me. We thought that statement funny so went looking. Irvin Web Works does not have an address on their site. I went and typed Irvinwebworks into the search on the yellow pages and the address came up 23 Mauchly, Irvin CA 92618. I then went to Axin Financial Services on the web and the address listed on their site is 23 Mauchly Suite 109, Irvin CA 92618. I guess I feel that Irvin Web Works and Axin Financial Services are connected - how would one person know I just called if they were not in the same place. I think the address speaks for itself. I hope if someone gets an attorney to do a class action suite they post it on this site so the rest of us can join in. I feel these companies have taken our money and run and not provided what they promised they would.
