In November 2002 i went to a National Grants Conference in southern California. While there a gentleman from a website company made an impressive presentation. So impressive was his 'pitch' that i decided to accept his invitation to start a website business through his company (even though i had no prior kmowledge of the business and had never used a computer).

I purchased a DVD website through Unimstores out of Boca Raton, Florida. When i recieved the package through Irvine Web Works, i realized the site was not complete. It needed a dropshipper. Without one there is no business.

While going through the paperwork which Unim sent me, i found that i was locked into a four year contact with Axin Financial to the tune of ninety-eight dollars per month. This contract is non-cancelable. This contact is set up to 'FUND' my website and i still have a year and a half to pay on this account.

For two and a half years i've been trying to aquire a DVD dropshipper to supply me with product and ship it to my customers, only to find last week that it is impossible to aquire a DVD dropshipper for in individual website who will not impose a minimum purchase restriction. The reason is because the DVD market is too competitive and dropshippers won't waste their time shipping one or two items.

Irvine Web Works was comissioned by Unimweb to give support to my site. Without a dropshipper, i have no business. The people at Irvine Webworks know this. When asked how to aquire a dropshipper, they told me to go to a search engine. They told me that there were hundreds of dropshippers i could choose from.

What they neglected to tell me is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to aquire a DVD dropshipper for individual sites. These people are supposed to know and yet they didn't imform me of this. I believe criminal negligence is warranted.

In short, Unim sold me a site that is useless because i can never be in business and Irvine Web Works neglected to give the proper information. I've spent over $1,6000.00 dollars on this site and it is costing me $1,500.00 per year to Axin Financial.

Ther has to be legal ramifications for luring unkowledgeable people and locking them in contracts they can't get out of and websites that are useless.
