Union Resource Center Huge Scam Scottsdale Arizona

I was contacted by this company 3 weeks ago.  They gave their pitch and said that they are helping to build resources around the country for veterans and union workers.  The sales guy I chatted with (Troy Layton) said that if I chose to cancel out in the first 3 days that I could get full refund of my money.  I did call back and emailed to inform that I was cancelling and that I wanted my refund.  Days went by and nothing happened.  

I managed to get someone on the phone again.  I was transferred to Howard.  He gave a long talk of why I should reconsider.  At the end I said I would rather cancel out.  He then proceeded to hang up on me.  I have waited a week but yet have not seen any money return to my account.  So far my many emails have not received response.  I call frequently and can't get anyone on the phone. So now it looks like I have to escalate the matter to other agencies to track these liars down and try and get my money back.

I remember getting a call from this company a year ago.  But Howard denied that saying they weren't even in MN a year ago.  Even though I had the phone number and the company name written down.  

This is a huge scam and you need to hang up the phone if anyone from this company calls you.  They are definitely not working for anyone but themselves.
