got a letter letting me know i was preapproved for a 10,000.00 dallor credit limit.and that all i have to do is send 37.00 dallors so i did,i got my paper card in the mail an went on the web site an found out it was a scam,and i would like to have my money back cause im self employed an my work is very slow
