Union Workers Credit Services Misrepresentation of merchandise, broken Dallas Texas

This is a copy of the letter I wrote to this company:
In regard to the above referenced account, I received the Cherry Finish Table Clock, Item # A5089. I collect a number of clocks, and this clock doesn't work, nor do I think it can be made to work. It is not as advertised in your catalog. I am disappointed that you were difficult to reach by phone, did not respond to emails, and now a clock that does not work.

In researching your company on the internet, it seems there are a lot of complaints similar to mine regarding misrepresentation. I am considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the USPS.

I received my membership fee of $37.00 refund, but I have not received the $16.00 enclosed with my order. Please also send a prepaid mailing label, or send me an additional $20.00 and I will ship it to you FedEx Ground Insured with Tracking.

Again, I reiterate, send the $16.00, and drop your stupid bill collecting activity. This clock was seriously misrepresented and I am not prepared to take a loss on your fraudulent activity. The clock remains by my front door ready to be shipped back to you.

May I remind you, you are attempting to defraud me, not the other way around. If you continue the bill collection activity, I will do whatever is within my means to expose your corruption.
