Received a letter from Union Workers Credit Services indicating that I was pre-approved for a credit card with a $10,000.00 limit at 5% interest. Limited time offer and all deadlines are final. Approval number is 1134,054,2254. Service number is 2F4A,4AL,30TS. No bank affiliation.

All you had to do was mail a $37 check to get the card. Additionally through my current bank we are closing our account as well as filing a police report.
