Unique Estates will rip you off if you book your accommodation through them. They are scammers so be aware you will lose your money, they will keep your bond and the accommodation they advertise is never like it looks in the photos  on the internet.

They are the most dishonest rental agents in Australia and have been the subject of countless complaints to Fair Trading.

It is owned and operated  by con woman and fraudster  Nicolette van Wijngaarden. (She also has a prior conviction for prostitution) They target  Byron Bay landlords and holiday makers and misrepresent themselves as having offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong when they are just virtual offices.

Sarah Ogilvie is in charge of rentals and she is a real shyster. She is a little liar and scammer.

We stayed at a house and paid $1,500 a night for 10 nights. Total $15,000. It was nothing like it looked in the photos. It was dirty, the linen wasn't clean, it was a great rip off. It is called the R & R Ranch...do not stay there.

When we checked out they withheld our bond of $5,000 saying that our dog peed on the carpet. We don't have a dog!

They then sent us this bill to supply and install new twist pile carpet to main bed­room and walk in robe. Including removing existing floorcoverings and moving furniture.

They say the patch where the alleged dog peed was 10 cm square...instead of cleaning they replaced the carpet for the whole room....including the walk in robe which was locked off!

They are just scammers...but what do you expect from a prostitute who hooks up wih a rich guy who owned the house Bandongrove and doesn't know about her past...she has reinvented herself as a successful business woman but she is a two bit hussy with a very dark past she hides.

DO NOT RENT OR BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.
