Unique Insurance GOOD FOR NOTHING BOOTLEG INSURANCE!!! Chicago Illinois

So this guy who has Unique Insurance backed inot my car in May. I made a claim on his insurance since he hit me, they sent me to a mechanic to take pictures of my car and gave me the name of an adjuster. This fellow by the name of Brian Perry seems to have a problem with returning phone calls. Actually the whole staff there seems to lack good, heck decent business etiquette! They put you on hold for everything for large amounts of time, they give you the run around on your claim when you are simply asking to SPEAK to somebody not a voicemail that never gets returned.

So today I call and I nicely ask the secretary to speak to any adjuster to let me know of something because the last time I spoke to this Brain Perry was two weeks ago and after filling his mailbox with voicemails he is now on "vacation". The secretary tells me "he's not on vacation" I tell her I just called yesterday and that's what his voicemail said, she then transfers me to him and he adresses me by is clients name. I tell him I'm the person his client hit, and his voice and mood changed. I'm assuming he only picked up the call becasue he thought I was his client, the insured. He was very short, rude, rushing me off the phone, and when I was going to ask him another question, he HUNG UP ON ME!! I then left him a voicemail because of course he didn't pick up my call and stated that next time I speak to him I'd appreciate if he didn't hang up on me.

I am now doing everything in my power to CLOSE that horrible place they call a "BUSINESS"....and still trying to get my money to fix my car!
