Bought a Akc Swithblade from company, the knife arrived broken. When the blade is switvhed to the open postion it make a very loud sound. The blade is loose and wobbly and doesn't retract all the way. They say they accept return via email only but will not return any emails. There is no way to contact them by phone and I am out $97. This is a terrible company and I do not understand how they are still in business!
