My daughter was sucked in by a newspaper ad for a job that really got her "fired up". We only bought this expensive fire-safety equipment to help her get through her "training". On April 29, 2002, both my daughter and I purchased a package of $353.57 each, which we haven't received.

On August 7, I sent a letter to UWSI after several unsuccessful attempts to reach this company by phone or FAX.

Needless to say, I am not interested in receiving ANY product this fly-by-night Rip-Off company has to offer. All we want is a full refund of the money they stole from us. The office my daughter worked out of was in Tuscaloosa, Al. Any thing you can do to help us will be greatly appreciated.
