HE PLACES HIS BUSINESS PARTNERS IN HARMS WAY BY HAVING THEM BE LIABLE FOR TRANSPORTATION CHARGES THAT HE OWES AND THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY PAID TO HIM SO HE CAN PAY THE TRANSPORTATION CHARGES. HE DOES NOT CARE IF THEY GET SUED OR IF HE GETS SUED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE IN THIS SAME POISITION.

Tommy did not pay again. He now owes over $14000.00 and growing. Making up strories and avoiding calls. Tommy Hudson is a professional debtor. If he owes you money you need to sue him fast.

The matter in question has now been paid in full. The reson it was not paid by Tommy Hudson is that he had damages that were not addressed. The damages have now been addressed, the file is settled and everyone is happy. Tommy Hudson of Genesis Surfaces has no balance with Unishippers.
