Pay Roll Issues
On 1/2/2014 I noticed that my pay check was short by $720 dollars because medical benefits. According to the paper work I have received from benefits website they were going to take out $315.39. This left me $455.35 for a paycheck. I contacted the benefits hotline number on 1/3/2014. During that called I was treated like dirt from their team. They hung the phone up on me twice. So I decided to contact my supervisors and they have forwarded the message over to our HR rep Stacey Rosbach. She informed me that she would try work it out with their team and will keep me updated as well. My cell phone got turned off on 1/5/2014. I got served with an eviction noticed on 1/6/2014 due to payment was not a suffient amount. To get me to and from work for on 1/5/2014 to 1/9/2014, I had speak with my brother-in-law on siphoning gas out of his car that was broken down at the time. When we emptied that tank out and had used that gas up. I had no means of transportation to and from work on 1/12/2014. Luckily my father-in-law was paid on 1/13/2014. I had to borrow money for gas, and food. I thought we would be okay until 1/17/2014 (pay day). Regretfully not, I received on 1/15/2014 a notification of power and gas termination. In which having to pay those late, termination letter fee, and reactivation fees. It left my pay check with just barely enough to pay my other bills. Throughout this entire time I have had no contact from Stacey Rosbach. In which raised the question what has happened to her? My supervisor e-mailed her again on 1/20/2014 at 6:46 PM MST. Check my e-mail on 1/22/2014, and still I have not received an update on this issue. On 1/23/2014, I went to have an exit interview Stacey Rosbach in which I got my update. The reason I have not gotten an update from her is because she was not really investigating it.
