the newspaper adds are just ways for us to get at your hvac system.it is true that a lot of hvac system have problems:like mold, dirt, worn parts,air/duct leaks.but they over charge because the tech advisor gets paid 20% or more on all service work, and 10% on unit sales.(that sounds like a sales person, not a tech) the actual/average tech is not experenced in the field. usally they are very new to company. they are hired as duct cleaners up to $14.00 an hour.they realy start out at $5.25to $7.25. the tech has to use there own car,truck whatever they want to get to these "jobs"i saw a sales advisor who had less experience than myself in the field,sell a $30.00 thermostat for over $200.00 and took 20min to install.the advisor does all the talking and tells you about the problems.the tech does the duct cleaning"which by the way it doesn't work as they say, its just an act that looks like its doing something good".they replace parts with universal parts which they say is as good as the manufacture.but they never leave a warranty or box or the old part.their invoice recept is the warranty.they are very misleading & not truthfull about the biz.

you must be in it also! mark always tried to make it look like it was everybody else. the fact is, it was him all the time. as far as you go tom from kiddieville cali'. go to hell. i worked in corp for 2 years. i think i know what is true and whats not. why do you think i left corp? ill tell you why p***y. so i did not rip that sick man apart! have you done something like that? if so, tell me where you live and ill rip you apart!

Watch out before you start opening yourself up about personal stuff regarding others. Fact is, you live in Cali' and Birch is in Florida! You may have heard something, but if there's one thing I know, it's that gossip effin' sucks. Whatever Mark does corperately is game. But unless you've SEEN s**t with your own eyes, SHUT THE F UP! because I could have "heard" a hell of a lot about you. but the fact still remains. This is not a gossip column. try talking to somebody face to face for once.

about a year or so ago, mark had to take time off from work so he could deal with his legal problems. it was him who had the kiddie porn on his home computer. his wife found it and turned him in. he took time off so his stay in jail would look like he took time off. his wife left his sorry a*s soon after. what a sick man. any one who knows barb will tell you that he treated her like a slave. he would do things to her that would make a grown man sick. he would make her shave herself so she would look like a 10 year old. this is what i have been told.

In June of 2002 I answered an ad in a Texas newspaper looking for a license holder in Texas.I spoke with Mark Berch and was hired on only to move to Florida to meet licensing requirements. I worked in the tech. support dept. and what a joke. Only 3 people in this whole company had any a/c experience. In my 30 years of working in this field I've never seen the level of deception perpetrated by this company. As Lew stated, being a former license holder I'm still dealing with the state board to straighten out the consumers complaints. Mark Berch, if you happen to read this I will have my attorney contact you via fax. since your a gutless s****.>

#1) NEVER In my life Have I ever had a drinking problem. #2) NEVER in my life have I ever had a problem with porn. AND #3) UNITED DID NOT FIRE ME. The reasons were clear why I chose to seperate myself with the Berch Brothers and United. #4) You need to get the facts straight before you open your trap.

Kev was a stupid a*s tech. Obviously he has problems spelling, and he took money under the table for sexual favors from customers. He worked on tactics of deception and now works for a highly over priced company. So now people you have a dumbass that is getting paid MORE at another company that i wont mention. However United techs are underpaid and do put up a lot of their own money to even make the company work, but my own personal pride and honesty would never allow me to do a job half assed. Lew in Texas is just mad because he got fired for his problems with alcohol and porn.

not always the tech fault

I work for this company for 4 months at the time that i was working for them i thought i was doing a great job helping people by the last month or so i relized that i was screwing people over, plus i was screwing my self big time! tech's have to use there own cell phone witch you use many at least 5 times during every job, b4 you get to the customers home calling manger, disbatch then
after.. manger & disbatch again..

it may not seem like much but it adds p after 4 houses a day then you have to use you own tuck and gas! i was spending about 500$ a month just to work.

The only thing you and ALL the United employees are hard working and good at, is listening to Mark Berch's training sessions and LIES. You need to do some homework and check out him from all the states United have been in. Such as the Licensing boards, ACCA, Bad Business Bureau,etc. And while your on the phone with the licensing dept, ask them if you can get access to all the complaints which have been filed!! Keep in mind, not all the complaints have been made public knowledge. How do I know this??? Within 20 months , there were approximately 26 complaints which were filed against me ... personally!! Only 4 of those restituion was made. And United got a penalty for $1500 .!! So.... whose name was on the line,, Mine or United? THANK YA

Why don't you stop harrassing this company. It's people like you that give honest credible repair men bad names. Stop being jealous of Marks success! I currently work for this company and take personal offense to your ignorant statements. We are hard working professionals that do a thorough proffesional job. It is a business, If you knew anything about the business world then you would understand. I work very hard and long hours and get paid very well and on time. I have never heard anything but thank yous from my customers now that they are back to living in comfort in a cool home. Do you think when you buy eggs or milk you are not paying more than the grocery paid? Grow up
