I worked for UA for almost a year. I thought this was the best career move ever and I believed that I would be making money, at least 100K my first year.
So much was promised to me: big bucks! Fresh leads! Bonuses! A huge team of agents!
I GOT ZERO.
I wasted my time and gave all my energy and my heart to that b***. I spent a lot of money on that business because I was told it would work out.
The managers at the OC branch are real actors and excellent liars. They seriously deserve an oscar. And I guess i'm not very bright The branch manager lies everytime he opens his mouth, he is disrespectful of everyone and doesn't have a clue about how to manage people.
Don't work for UA you will lose money and time. Everybody's paycheck is way below poverty level at that branch. I have waited and waited for paychecks that seemed to disappear by magic... And I was yelled at and called names when I asked for them.
Bottom line is: if you want to make a decent living, run fast and never come back. The OC branch is a train wreck and you don't want to be part of it.
