Hi there , we had a nice friendly agent come to our home. He was selling insurance that was needed for dental. That was when he told me that it would cover my son's braces that was when I said yes. I had not used the insurance for nothing so I had no idea. Honestly we could not afford it to begain with.

He as well gave me a list of Dentists that would use the Insurance. I was out right at 1,500.00 before finding out that they had never heard of the Insurance. I got on the phone called they just keep giving me numbers to contact different people. I canceled the insurance and they took out 2 more months which made me overdraft each time, because that was just a spare account with the bank. I'm so upset . My son is ADHD and a world full of problems the medical bill are bad, plus glasses , ect. and then to have a Man come to your home sell you some thing that the dentists have never heard of . Just think that 1,500.00 would of covered at least 1/2 of his braces.

I did set down and wright them a letter saying I think it would only be fair that they refund my money. I never used there so called Insurance. They sent me a letter today saying that from the time I called and canceled the INC. I must have postal recpt, proof by phon bill, or fax.

If I had not closed out my bank account they would be takeing out the money to this day. This so called company needs to pay.
