United Auto Credit Corp HARRASERS Buffalo New York

I just want to warn anyone who may see this before they accept a car loan through this company, DON'T DO IT! These people are ridiculous. I have had a car loan with this company for a little over two years now. My payments are $286.00 a month with a 24.99% interest rate. In case you dont know, that is the highest you can charge someone in New York state for an interest rate. I checked about 6 months ago to dee how much I owe on my $9,000 loan.

After a year and a half of payments I found out that only $75.00 of my $286.00 is actually going toward my vehicle. The rest INTEREST! I went on maternity leave 3 months ago, and after making all my payments for the last 2 years pretty much always on time I wound up making two of the late. Well let me tell you, after the first day of being late they called my house five times until they finally talked to my 12 year old son and drilled him for all kinds of information.

Then as soon as they hung up with him they procede to call my place of employment spoke with my manager who told JEFF from United Auto that I was out for personal reasons. Well Mr.Jeff was not satisfied. He wanted to know who,what,where,when,why,and how. My manager was not happy. Jeff called everyday for a week until finally my manager told him if he didn't stop calling she would report him.

So Jeff stopped calling but then JOE started. They also called my mother everyday. My aunt everyday and whoever else I used as references. I am now to the point where they can come and get the d**n thing. It isn't worth what I'm paying for it anyway. I'm gonna just go and file bankruptcy and they won't get anything anyway. That will teach them. I actually think someone should sue them for harrassment!
