United Auto Credit ruthless company a major ripoff Bensalem Pennsylvania

I purchased my car thru a private dealership, they finance my car thru United Auto which I've never heard of I never received a contract from this company only a coupon book which states if you are late add a $10.00 with your payment, A year into my loan I was gonna be late due to surgery on my foot well one day after my payment was due, they call me left two or three messages on my voice mail contacted my family, and my job. I happen to be the one to answer the phone at my job and informed them that I can't have personal phone calls, I never returned there call so two days after my payment was due they had a man from florida call and left me a nasty message saying I had to return his call or he was gonna have my car repo.

This company needs to be stopped. If you read your contact, it doesn't say anything about a late payment, I ask them when I called them back to stop harrassing my family and I said show me on the contract where it says no late tolerance, I was informed that it's not in the contract. If it's not in the contract why do they talk to people like that. My family has even told them to stop calling and they continue to call. This has to stop . My car payment has never been over 30days late. one week if that and I have to hide my car because theyr'e saying they have a repo man to out to take my car. I believe with all these complaints and they are all about being harrassed a lawyer should look into our complaints and file suit against this company it should be put out of business the way they are treating people.
