United Auto Credit Horrible Service Beach Virginia

We got a loan through them 2 years ago and never had a problem. we paid on time and when we were a couple of days late, they just asked when we would be in and that was that. no harrassement or anything of the sort. But then again, we were only late once so we did not get on their bad side.

Until....

We bought a new car 3 weeks ago and traded in the one United Auto Financed. The new dealership agreed to pay them of the full pay off amount within 25 days.

Our payment was due on the 3rd of this month. The called today on the 5th and sked where the payment was: I told them we traded the car in and they should get their payout soon since it has almost been 25 days.
Stacey said she did not care and i had a contract with her the pay her 230 by today. I told her i am not paying her as i do not own the car anymore.
I told her I would have the new dealership call them to find out where their money is. She hung up on me.

The financial manager with my new loan called her to let her know that i was not lying and that she should get a check by the end of the week.
She called him an a-hole and hung up.

She has been calling ALL day saying she will repo the car, ruin my credit.

My credit got better because i paid on time for 2 years. I told her she could not as less than 30 days is not late for the credit reporting agencies.
I asked her why they were acting that way since we have done business for 2 years without a glitch.

It jsut really upset me because we have always been on time with them. Now they can't wait 3 days for a payout check. Are you serious!!???

They are idiots and if you can avoid doing business with them: AVOID THEM!!!
