Do not go near United Benefits of America. If they contact you, immediately hang up. They are located in Arizona and Tennessee.

Believe everything you read on this web site, except the rebuttals, because they come from the owner or employees who are only trying to scam the public.

Last month I was shopping for health insurance and received a phone call from a woman with UBA. She offered me a great price on insurance and prescriptions. I fell for it and that is when the nightmare began.

Please do not give this company a credit card/bank account number. I did and have been asking for a refund from the day I agreed to this policy. I immediately contacted them asking to cancel and refund my money. That was over a month ago.

I made numerous phone calls, left messages, faxed them, and no response. They took almost $500 dollars from my bank account.

By law, we as consumers have a 10-day grace period for a total and full refund of our money for health insurance.

Please, contact the Better Business Bureau in Arizona or Tennessee as soon as possible. I did and they are currently attempting to receive a response (they've contacted UBA twice now).

I have nothing to gain by writing this warning. Please don't throw your hard earned money away. Their rebuttals come with a motive.
