My Husband and I had informed the salesman that we wanted to keep the building of our house @$120-130 @ the time we picked out a plan that was$138.  We received our loan package some of the jargon was hard to understand we would call clarify had 3 days to back out of contract.  During the 3 days we were advised that our credit score would easily get refianced with their lender they were the first to turn us down the appraisal was lower than the house was worth.  We had told the builders thats why we wanted our loan to stay @ that $120k-130k ......we were mislead and when i told steve salesman are liers his face turned red and his hands were shaken.  I called corporate offce and had to get them involved to get the  things that inflated the cost of the house trying to cover their lost with our money and was not honering contract.
