Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I signed the contract to build my house 6 years ago. I can't move in the house because it has never passed the city of La Porte final inspection. I have been paying the mortgage and taxes for that period of time also. When I call them to ask why or when they will return I get no results. This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever encountered. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't let them build me a birdhouse. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We're going on a year after the contract was signed.
We're dealing with a number of major structural and electrical issues among others.
Hopefully it won't take 6 years to resolve.
We've been lied to on multiple occassions. We used to believe a person or company's word was their bond. Do this with United-Bilt homes at your own peril.

UBH finally finished my house after 6 years. I would not recommend them for building a BIRDHOUSE !!! Do not use this builder EVER!!!
