UNITED CAPITAL INVESTMENTS ripoff OF PERSONAL LOAN FEES NEW YORK New York

I applied for an online loan and dent the company 698.68 + 59 in western union and was told the 5000k would be in my account within 2-4hrs. When it wasnt I contacted the company without any response. I called numerous times to be told they would need 400 more dollars I ask for a refund and was told I would have it in 5 days but no response. We are now into our 2nd week and I can't get anyone to answer me. They hang up on me or just dont answer the phone when I call. I spoke to the loan officer brenda williams and now they say she is not there when they answer and are very rude if the money was not guaranteed they should not say that it is when they call you and fax you the documents to sign
