Do not do business with these people! They make FALSE claims at the time of sale (value of your car, money back guarantee, etc) to get you to pay $200 to list with them and they do not deliver. Specifically, they say that you can try their
service and if you dont like it, get your money back. LIES! Then they say that they will put you on several different popular car advertising websites such as Cars.com, AutoTrader.com, Kelly Blue Book, etc. LIES! They do not take phone
calls for you or schedule meeting for you! They do NOT put you on popular car advertising websites! Instead, they put me on no-name FREE advertisement websites such as Claz.org, iNetGiant.com, and other FREE advertising websites that no one has even heard about

They also post horrendously skewed pictures of your car. So, even if someone does come across your ad, the pictures are so warped the potential customer will simply move on to the next site. I have had ZERO phone calls from interested buyers
although they claimed that I would sell my car asap. FALSE!

Furthermore, to convince you, they lie and state that they don't make money from your $200 payment. Instead, they claim that they make money from how quickly they sell the cars on the websites (Cars.com, etc.) which then pay United Car Exchange a kick-back for driving traffic to their site. LIES! The truth is they only make money on your payment and they lie about the kick-backs to convince you that they sell cars fast.

They also lie about the refund. The salesman told me that if I wasnt satisfied I could call back with the first few days to get a full refund. Ive been calling since day one as I am not happy with their service and 10 days later I still havent received
a call from their refund department. I have called them back 5 times over the last 10 days and each time Im told someone will call back as soon as possible, yet NO call. They say that you can get your money back after 90 days. LIES! What they do not tell you is that they only give you half of your money back AND that you have to have the title still in hand. So, even if you sell the car without their help and receive zero phone calls from their scam, you still won't get all of your money back and will get none of it if you happen to sell your car by other means like most people will do within 90 days anyway.

They also lie about your car price. They convinced me that I could sell my car for $800 more than what I was listing it on Craigslist. LIES!  United Car Exchange is a total SCAM, Do yourself a favor and stay clear of them!
