The company quotes a low price, in this case $39.95 for three rooms.  However, when they come out to clean they inform you that this price does not include any cleaners - it is just hot water and deodorizers.  The actual cost they said would be over $200.00.  

I asked the technician to leave and he said he needed to collect $20 for coming to the house.  

This practice should be- if is not - illegal.  I reported this company to the BBB and will also contact the State Attorney General.

United Carpet on the website or United Carpet Care on the flyer is a big rip off.
