i have received 4 emails from a Corey Wilson representing a company called United Cash Advance threatening me that my account will be debited for 725.00 for not paying back a loan. I have never had any loan ot done any business with this company. The email included personal banking information, my social security number and place of employment. They stated that if funds were not avaliable they were going to contact my employer to garnish my wages. Two years ago we received harassing phone calls from a place called Cashnet USA saying the same things. They called my parents house asking personal information and threatening them with jail time for not providing the info or not paying them money. The phone harassment stopped after a few months and every once in awhile we would receive another call. Now, after 2 years we are getting emails from a different company claiming the same thing...you owe this money from a payday loan, you will be garnished etc..etc...
we have never taken out a payday loan and don't know how they have this information. I guess I have to call my financial institution again and change accounts or something. Can they just debit my account? This is the first time they are threatening this. I am so frustrated!!!

Thank you. I just didn't know if it was legal to do that...like if they could get access to do that. I am going to call my bank in the morning to warn them anyway. Ugh!!
