I received several threatening messages from a representative by the name of John John Cruz, stating he was from United Cash Advance. The messages stated that if I didn't return the call that I would file papers to have me arrested.

I finally returned the call to the company, and this John Cruz answered the phone without stating the company name. I proceeded to ask him what this complaint was about, and he stated that I owe United Cash Advance $300, and these monies were to be paid in 21 days but I failed to pay.

I explained to John Cruz that I do not have any idea who this company is and I never received any monies from this company. I asked him if I could have the number to contact them and he said I could not and that I need to pay them immediately.

I told John Cruz that I will not make the payment, and he responded, "you will be arrested!" I told him I'm contacting the sheriff dept a.d reporting them and I hung up the phone.
