United Cash Loans Have paid $600 toward a $300 loan. And they still want $325. When I asked why after a $140.00 payment I had a higher balance than the orignial loan amount I was told it was due to service fees of $9 Internet

I borrowed $300.00 back in October of 2012. Subsequently they have taken $90.00 a month out of my checking account followed by what I expected was a balloon payment in February. I received an email that they would be taking $125.00 out next month. When I asked about it I was informed that my actual balance is $325.00 and that any payment I have paid to date (including the 140.00 and the next payment of 125.00) are service fees and none of it counts toward my loan amount. When the loan was taken I was mislead as they didnot offer the one time payment to pay it back in full, instead I was automatically set up with this repayment plan. When I called at the beginning as to why they took out a lesser amount that didn't effect the loan I was told that the first payment paid the loan fee and that future payments would go to the balance owed. I feel that they misrepresented themselves, gave false information and was not offered a one time payment option.
