United Collection Bureau/American Express Autodialers being used on cell phones Miramar, Florida
*Consumer Comment: Another collection agency called my cell
*Consumer Suggestion: Bill collector
This company continues to call my cell phone using unavailable numbers and, and a number that shows up as 954.
Each time this is done my cell phone freezes and has to be reset.
I have gone through four phones now because the multiple, daily resets of the units makes them
inoperable.
I have repeatedly asked for them to contact me on in writing which they refuse to do. This is nothing more than pure harrassment.

Another collection agency called my cell

A while back a collection agency called my cell phone looking for another person. I told them they had the wrong # and I was told they would remove my # from my # from thier computer. That did not happen so I did this. I went to view the # and added it to my block list.
If you have that option on your cell use it especially with unknown #s calling.

Bill collector

If this is a bill collector and not american express then in order to get them to stop calling you, you will need to mail a certifed letter to them requesting that they only contact you in writing.
They don't have to listen if you just tell them that over the phone
