What a scam! they told me in 3 months they would raise my score by 60-80 points. These fools took my initial deposit, them made it impossible for me to get in contact with them, either to change my payment account, the ask questions, to addreess concerns, or supply the necessary info for them to do their job, as the Bureaus sent me notices that there was insufficient info for UCA to lobby on my behalf!

I couldn'tget in touch with them in spite of several telephones calls and messages. After chasing them for 6 months with absolutely nothing being done, I cancelled. 4 months later they contact me and act as if they had no idea that I cancelled! Then, in spite of the fact that I asked for no money back, they informed me that although they did NOTHING I owed them money and threathened me with legal action. In turn, I did the same. I have not heard from them yet, but by their sheer audacity I have been spurred into action.

I will seek legal recourse to get my money back and inform the Attorney General about this fraud company with BIG promises and little action. Their piss-poor customer service may have gotted them iun trouble for the last time as, after reading the multitude of complaints about this company, I am also looking into a class action suit. Anyone with any further info please call me.
