i just want to cancel my services with them and they said that i can't BECAUSE I SIGN a contract with them.

I ASKED THE CREDIT DEPT. is there any termination fees i can pay and get rid of your bad serivce she said NOPE.

i have to pay that in full or make a monthly payments.... for one i CANNOT AFFORD THEM ANYMORE and FOR TWO THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING...

THE MAKE SUCH A BIG DEAL OF WHAT THEY DO... REALLY!!!! HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE US TO WRITE A FRECKING LETTER OR CHECK OUT CREDIT... OUR COLLECTIONS ALL TOGETHER ABOUT $2000 and they ASKED ME TO PAY $185X10months which = $1850 for me and my wife.

I SHOULD HAVE PAID THAT TO THE COLLECTION AGENCIES AND BE DONE WITH IT... i didn't know how bad these companies are. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and you can do it on your OWN. i will give more details on what they have done and how it is not worth trying it..
