The same thing pretty much happened to me like Janette. I have heard others that were also affected. I was convinced that the property would be maintained by their mgmt company who would help oversee property and collect rent and maintain contact with me, once I became an investor.
The company was to help people in foreclosure. I never received the money to help sustain property at closing, as was promised and I never received any rents from the tenant who lived their. The tenant also claimed that he was ripped off and wasn't paying rent until he received additional monies that was also promised to him at closing.
Months went by and I was told that I would eventually receive the money but only received partial amounts. They have failed to deliver on any of the claims they promised. I lost my savings and my credit was ruined.
