Here's the hint it's a scame

The Tax amount is $3,225.00, Payment will be made directly to your tax agent by using Money_Gram located in all Wal Mart stores and other locations

At bottom of Letter small icons of different stores that have this service. (How nice and Official looking)

You have been assigned to one of out well trained Claim Agent by the name of Stacey Williams at 1-647-219-2034. She will be responsible in processing your winning and also to answer all your questions.
(wow, my english is bad but this letter is horribly written)

We strongly advise that you contact Mrs. Williams before you can deposit this check in the bank, she will need to instruct you on the check before depositing.....
