Jim was at my house almost the next day from when I called for a loan modification-since that time he has every excuse imaginable for why my loan mod is over 14 mos old and when I call the numbers are disconnected- constantly changing their contact numbers-                                                                                                                                   

 Sept 2009 Matt  told   me   to be by the phone for the three way call with the bank- waited - no phone call - contacted him he said I will call you back in 20 minutes its 6 mos- Jim emailed me in Jan with the suppossed attorney that they are working with- tried to contact him- his number has been disconnected-              

 Jim is definitely a fraud- has a smooth talking way about him- and every excuse you can imagine- I am in the process of working with the Suffolk County District Attorneys office, Attorney General's office and the Mortgage Banking Dept- that is if he is even licensed- Jim and Alicia and Matt are all very greedy people who have taken advantage of people having hardships- what a disgrace they are and how they sleep at night amazes me - but the one gift I hope they all get is a nice set of shiny silver bracelets and from what I am being told they may get them sooner then we hope- Be sure to tell everyone you know to stay clear of these people they are thieves-
