 - Some lady called me and said I was eligble for a government program to get insurance at a lower rate.  The guy came and told me all this information and that I could call anytime if there was a problem.  He gave me a quote for $31.70.  He said I would receive the policy in two weeks.  That my policy would be with Mutual of Omaha.  He needed a check, I told him that I did not want them to pull funds out of my account I prefer a statement.  He said I could get that but for the first month I would need to have the funds taken out electronically on from that point I would be billed.  I told him infatically not to take it out on the 1st he said that would be fine, they could take it out on the 15th of the month.  They took it out On the 1st of August and have been taking it out ever since.  I have not recieved a policy or any other informaion. I have called several times and when he returned my call he said it would be taken care of. That was in October.  They still took it out in November.  I Called again, when I finally got him he said again it would be taken care of I told him I didn't recive a policy or anything from anyone.  He checked into that left a message stating that the policy was in the wrong name and I would be receivng it in two weeks.  Still nothing.  Another guy called and stated that I would have to pay 3 months in advance to get a statement sent and if i stayed on electronic payments they would knock of a month and I could start paying again in January they would move my date to 15th.  I told him that I just want to cancel it.  He said well let me check somethings and see what he could do and  call you back.  He has not, and now will not anwser the phone number he called from, the other person will not answer or return calls, the websiste on the card www.rockymountainadvising.com goes to a Facebook page or a web hosting page.  They are taking money out of my account under the name united lbs ins prem.  No number. The y bank won't give the money back and I have incurred bank fees because of this.  The guy that came to my door was Christopher Hudson and the brochure is Americo. To date no insurance papers or anything has been given to me. I had to put a stop payment and close my account.  The bank had to give me the number of the bank of the comapny that has been pulling the money out and gave me numbers from a website.  They probably will not answer.
