United Legal Processing Division harrassing, threathening foreign man travis griffith and shawn miller Houston Texas

I have had numerous calls from this foreign man at my job. They had all my personal information. They wanted me to verify my social security number. He had a heavy foreign accent. I have told them to stop calling my job continuously and they will not stop. He has threatened me that the police are coming to my job if I dont come to court on Monday at 11 am. They will not send me any documentation of the case that was filed against me.

Last year they contacted me at my job once again and told me the problem and scared me to death. I ran out and sent them a $200 money order to an attorney. I was pregnant so I couldnt go to jail. I have the information of the lawyers name at home and my reciept that I paid. I did not hear back from anyone and never recieved a receipt from them which they said they would send. Now the same people are calling me with the same accent. I do not know who to call about this for this has made my week very stressful. I just want them to stop calling my job.

This is happening because I made a payday loan off the internet from a company called B Platinum Services in 2006. They continued to take money out of my account for months. When I tried to contact them to tell them to take the full amount to pay the loan off there was no phone number to call and not even on the debit that was showing in my account.

So I contacted my bank to stop payment on that debit in hopes they would contact me. Well the next day after they tried to process the debit and couldnt they called demanding the money saying i had defaulted on a loan and had an internet fraud case against me and the sheriff was on there way to pick me up. When i tried to explain what happened he got really nasty and said to have the payment there by 2pm or the sheriff would be coming to my job that day.

I have no idea how to resolve this. I know their voices so to not stress myself out I hang up on them now but they continue to call. I have no clue how to resolve this situation.
