The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Travis Riley and Indigo Allendor during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards United Mission for Nonprofits of America.
United Mission For Nonprofits of America is a Veteran and Military support non-profit. They provide Military support programs as well as specializing in Veteran rehabilitation. Indigo Allendorf stated the following about his company, "we are opening a treatment center for veterans that treat dual diagnosis, PTSD, and traumatic brain injury along with substance abuse disorder. We do a welcome home program for veterans and their family. We help veterans and their family defray the cost of establishing a home when they might otherwise be in a homeless situation." Travis Riley added, "we also have a care association trust that was formed from our organization that provides veterans with adequate health insurance to get rehabilitation for mental disabilities such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, TBI, and other disorders that lead to substance abuse. UMNPA treatment, behavioral health, and detox centers. We detox for substance abuse, and treat the underlying costs after that."
United Mission For Nonprofits is a 501C3 public charity. Their main focus is raising money and awareness in surrounding communities through corporate sponsorships. Mr. Riley further explained the process, "to fund our Welcome Home program and our Care Association Trust which again provides insurance to veterans that need adequate insurance to get adequate treatment. The insurance that is provided to them through the VA only covers a 7-14 day stay in a hospital and then they are back out on the street. It costs a minimum of $224,000 to treat a minor case of PTSD and the Medicare equivalent insurance doesn’t cover that. Like Indigo said we raise money for our Welcome Home program which defrays the cost of a veteran to establish a home after they come out of a rehabilitation program. We raise money through the 501C3 for that for our programs. The veteran rehab center, how we gain clients for that, is we get them from the community, other organizations. We network with those people and with the courts." Patients who enter the program will receive varying levels of treatment in correlation to their addiction. The typical treatment consists of detox for 5 to 7 days and residential treatment for 21 days. Mr. Riley elaborated on the process, "basically, we educate them on what is happening to them, why their life is the way that it is, and then as soon as the residential treatment is over they go into an intensive outpatient program. We have networks of outpatient programs with vocational rehabilitation so they can find jobs after the residential treatment and re-integrate back into society the right way."
CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – UNITED MISSION FOR NONPROFITS OF AMERICA
During the on-site interview, Mr. Riley and Mr. Allendorf were asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Riley stated that they have yet to receive complaints, "we have not had any patients that are dissatisfied. Before this, we ran an assisted living. We had a counselor on call and we had different veterans that would contact our organization and I would refer them to Doug, the Ph.D. in Behavioral Health, and he’s helped them in counseling settings. We have taken veterans in homeless settings that we brought off the street for months at a time until they got on their feet. We get cars donated all the time, we donate a car and help them find a job. Now we are licensed by the state to do residential treatment. Now we are taking it to the next level. We are actually housing them and rehabilitating them at the same time."
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Allendorf expressed that the comments were personal attacks and false statements made by fundraisers, "the majority of them are disgruntled fundraisers that worked for us. They weren’t employees. They had to be let go for behavior problems of their own and they were mad because they had to be let go. They were young people and they don’t always act right. Problems with violence or drugs." In order to further assure future and current clients, United Mission for Nonprofits of America is registered with the IRS and the State of California.
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Riley and Mr. Allendorf explained that their company is growing at a rapid rate which demands innovation and upkeep. Since they have no real complaints against their company the focus is on improving their already high standards.
Patent Services USA is proud to be a part of Ripoff Reports Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program, "I think the third-party review process is amazing. The reason I think it’s amazing, it shows the public from a third party non-biased opinion who we really are. And you guys will go on there and say, you guys went out to their offices, checked their credentials on the IRS, checked the rehab home, saw their office." Mr. Allendorf additionally added, "it’s one thing for us to go on there say it isn’t true and show them, but for a third party to go on and say they saw the office. We saw the facility, we saw the office, we looked them up on the IRS website and they are a legitimate charity. We’ve seen their paperwork and facilities and it's really there. The public can’t argue with it."

NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED
Indigo Allendorf - Travis Riley - United Missions for Nonprofit Of America Costa Mesa California
Hold on soldier boy, ya forgot your ammo...
Or shall we say... "Okay Indigo and Travis, the game is up!"
Let's get down to the first round of questions:
1) Why has the photo that Indigo posted of the IRS 501C form, conveniently NOT displaying any entity names, individual names, SS#s, etc? Why is there no filing of the UMNPA entity with the California Secretary of State's Corporate Commission? Why are there no licenses on record with Newport Beach or any agency in the state or country? Why such a vague, generic and nondescriptive name for a veteran's charity?
2) Indigo conveniently referred to an 'associate's ex-gf' as the source of the rather detailed and accurate description of everything taking place. Why didn't you respond to the allegations, Indigo? Is it maybe true that you're buying Louis Vuitton handbags and luxury SUVs with some of that door to door money? Is there possibly some drug and alcohol usage amongst Travis and your desperate door to door panhandlers?
Let's hear from Travis who is conveniently background...okay Travis? Why didn't you respond to the allegations against you? What is your criminal history? Did you go to prison for bank fraud, armed robbery, burglary, dealing dope, etc.? Are you on probation? You have an opportunity to set the record straight and to get the facts out before we do. Go for it!
3) Your IRS letter had a date of Nov. 2016, which is 3 months after your website came up in August of 2016. How then, has your organization been supporting veterans since 2004, as your generic website claims? How coud you have even helped 980 veterans in 2015, much less a total of 2,176 veterans by April 2016, if you only started your marketing strategy and door to door scam in August of 2016? Why don't you have a listing of the 2,176 veterans' names on your site with pictures and testimonials from said veterans and their families that you claim to have helped? And most importantly, why isn't there 1 shred of verification on your website, from the VA or any Veterans and/or Armed Forces agency?
4) As such an established outfit supposedly helping thousands of veterans, why do you use a virtual office in Newport Beach with no employees, and a 1-800 number that rolls over to your cell phone? Where are the pictures or videos (on your website) of the veterans homes you claim to have established? Where are the actual veterans in those homes? What are the addresses of the veterans homes? Rest assured, the staged Xmas photos of 1 supposed veteran family and 2 vets in a cafeteria, are really lame, amateur and not fooling anybody.
5) Why don't you tell the truth about your scam that's operating out of your shack in Costa Mesa, not far from your favorite pizza joint? Why have you not had a Facebook post since your big fundraiser at said pizza joint, to which nobody showed up?
We're going to leave it at 5 bullets for now, and we expect detailed answers to each and every question in said 5 bullets, by March 27th. For now, we're not going to get into details about drug usage. We're not going to get into details about the string of thefts in your wake. We're not going to judge you for the sins you've committed in the name of the poor, truly needy men and women that have served our country. Instead, we will be presenting the cold hard facts with conclusive evidence, should you not respond clearly and concisely to the 5 bullets above.
Everything has and will continue to be documented for federal and state authorities. The game is up...and it will be finished very soon.
