In the month of February 2007, We filed a sue claim, with the Small Claims Division, located at County Court, Pinellas County, Florida. Statement of Claim = Breach of Agreement (oral agreement and written agreement); money paid for either goods or services not provided. Complaint was filed against "United Moving System, Inc., for deceptive oral and written agreements, bait and switch. Along with Breach of contract to what was explained and agree upon. To include, irresponsible and carelessness of handling household goods when loaded to final delivery truck which resulted in many damaged household goods. In addition, my family had to spend unnecessary funds on hotels and food due to late delivery dates changing many times, very late arrival of our goods.

The Pinellas County Court trial (Florida) concluded with verdict judgment in our favor, awarded us Plaintiff (s) demand monetary judgment in the principal sum of $2,175.00. The County Court Pinellas County, Small Claims Court, Clearwater, Florida, and forwarded losing party - Defendants: "United Moving System Inc" (207 Clifton Blvd, Clifton, J.J. 07011) and Anthem Claim Management, LLC (2351 W. Memorial Court, Anthem, AZ 85086), legal court judgment order stating the amount this company must pay us. The losing party "United Moving System Inc" has not responded to the courts order. Based on the legal counsel, a record of Judgment Lien Certificate with the Florida State Department has been filed.

I have forwarded this information to the New Jersey State Better Business Bureau, but they can only file information for future reference.

A judgment lien filing was filed on August 10, 2007 in Florida. Cannot get a response from this company to the sum owe to us.

This company ripped us off! and since they are located out of state I am having difficulty collecting the sum owe to us. Any assistance is appreciated in this collection. Beware of this company with unethical practices.
