United Moving Systems MOVING SCAM!!! They will hold your stuff hostage until you pay them triple the price they gave you!! Ripoff Clifton New Jersey

Two weeks ago I was planning a move across country and getting quotes from several different companies. Most of the quotes were in the same ballpark and I decided to go with a company called UNITED MOVING SYSTEMS, not United Moving like I thought it was. This company answers the phone saying, United Moving. Don't be fooled, they are NOT United Moving. The are scam company the uses that name to get customers locked in.

This company gave me an estimate of $3000, which I agreed to. They came to my apartment and picked up all of my things. Once they had everything I owned, they called and told me that the price was changed to $7200. If I did'nt pay them the money, the would lock all of my things in a warehouse until I gave them $7200 plus warehouse fees. They held my things hostage until I paid them the money. Not only did they rip me off for $4200, but the delivery was 3 days later than promised. Boxes were missing and many things were broken. THIS IS THE WORST COMAPNY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Be very careful. This company has really nice sales people who will tell you what you want to hear.
