Back a mounth ago i was called by a  person informing me there was a lawsuit on my sacial security number.  I asked them to forward paperwork to my adress they had on file and they said i would only get said paperwork if it went to court.  Every time this company called me it was a diffrent phone numbers.

I have gotten over twentyy phone call some i answered and some they left a message everytime i call these numbers back it ran for a long while and then it told me my number couldn't be dailed ask dailed.  and some of the numbers didn't even ring as all. when i spoke with someone when they called me i was told that one of them was a officer and i needed to talk to his supervizor.

Everyone who call said i had to talk to there supervizor. the keep repating my ss number and my name and my old employer but they would only call my number never the employers number.every person who i spoke with had a indian actsent (pakastan, iqac, or others) i never spoke with anyone without that kind of actsent.

some  of the phone calls sounded like a internet based phone i could hear myself echo in the background as i talk with them.i have no phone numbers or addresses for thoese people and the company becase they would not leave it. all i know is one of the people who call said he was with the united nations legal department.

I beleave this is a scam because i reseached that name of the company on the internet and i got this site and read a actical that described everything to a tie that was happing to me.  If there is anyway you can fight this would be a great help

You're RIGHT it's a scam, in fact A very OLD scam

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

These assholes are calling from India or Pakistan using fake american sounding names, their scam is To scare you into paying a Loan that doesn't exist.   They usualy claim to be "Officer" (Fake American Name)

Their Game plan is to scare you by threats like "Have the police at your door" or "Warrant has been signed" or "You're in big trouble", "You've committed BANK FRAUD" or similar lies.

They usually say they're from "The Department of LAW and Investigation" or similar scary FAKE NAMES (recently they used United Nations Law Division, and more recently the ACS Law division)

You're NOT in trouble, they're just good Liars, Pay them NOTHING, they're only Slimy thieves.

OR IF YOU WANT PROOF THEY'RE THIEVES Tell them to send you verification there's any "Debt" at all, if they start screaming at you, that's proof positive that they're just thieves.

When they call again tell them they're just thieves and hang up, they can't arrest you, It's just a scam.
