United Parcel Service Ripoff Bruce Kammerich-UPS Driver, ASSAULTED ME Van Nuys California

The UPS Driver Bruce Kammerich assaulted me in my home. I live in Woodland Hills, California and several years ago he stole money from me while I went upstairs to get my checkbook. When I returned downstairs, he had stolen $20. cash that was laying on a table. After I phoned the police, he threw me up against a wall in my home and ran down the stairs. I made a police report and asked that he be arrested while still on the scene. The police did not arrest him. I made a police report at the station and had my wrist photographed while it was still swollen from where he twisted it.

He was never permitted to return to my residence. I regret now not filing charges against him. He was never removed from my route because he is in a strong Union and apparently they don't think theft and assault is serious enough to address. I have a substitute Driver and when he is on vacation, it seems that they forget to pick up my packages or are just too busy. I have a daily pickup with UPS and find the attitude at the local Van Nuys center disgusting by their unwillingness to care.

Today I waited home all day for the Driver to show up and when he didn't, I phoned in and was told that they were at my home, but no one was home. That is a lie. I'm sick of the treatment that I receive from UPS and want someone to deal with the fact that you have a criminal delivering your packages. I should put a sign in my neighborhood that this person should not be allowed privileges and access to people's property.

I would like UPS to fire this Driver. He is a thief and a criminal for assaulting me. But no one at UPS ever wanted to talk about this.
