United Parcel Service AKA UPS Sticky fingers truck-loader stole my new cellphone out of the package Brooklyn New York

I was patiently waiting for my new cellphone from T-Mobile to arrive via UPS at my home in Brooklyn, NY. My usual UPS driver rang my bell and delivered my obviously re-taped cellphone package from T-Mobile. As anyone can guess, the box inside the envelope contained everything but the phone. The driver then takes the package back and marks it down on his little computer as 'damaged and missing items', and told me that he "sees this all the time; someone at the Brooklyn facility has sticky fingers." (That's a direct quote from the driver.)

Now I have to go through the trouble of calling T-Mobile, explaining what happened, and having them send a replacement phone to my work address in Manhattan, where hopefully the shipping method is more professional; or if it is still going to be UPS, hopefully the Manhattan facilities screen their monkeys a little better.

UPS had better check who they are hiring a little bit more carefully - as it stands now, I will never use this jack-a*s company again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them if at all humanly possible. They have really gone from being a superior delivery service to just another low-life ring of thieves. Kinda reminds me of the baggage handlers at JFK Airport in the 80's, if UPS can see my meaning there.

As a customer for many years to do my eBay shipping, goodbye United Parcel Service. I think I'll try DHL.
