United Parcel Service UPS What can brown steal from you Chicago Illinois

I am writing to report the incompetence and the arrogance of a highly respected company who didn't treat me with much respect or common courtesy. I was trying to have a package delivered to another address not my own using their ups my choice system which I subscribed to, the package ended up being sent to the wrong address and was left at the rear door of that address suffice it to say I did not give my consent to release the package without the appropriate signature,when i contacted ups they contended that I was entirely at fault and that their system was infallible and that I put the wrong address in when I clearly did not ,and even if I did (and I didn't) I also left instructions to not release the package without the proper signature, now I'm out 158 dollars and Ups goes on showing what brown can't do for you!!!
