When I first called Rick Eskin I was working at my church I let the church use my credit card machine to handle credit card transactions. He ws real polite through out the process and built good rapport. I got a month to month plan for the church but I never saw the statements but I wished I had. In Decenber I left the church to concentrate more on my business the church wasn't using the cedit card machine so they left me leave with it. Here is where the drama starts I figure why get a new company just swamp accounts so I call Rick. Rick and I talk and deide we will set up my account the same way lower the activation fee, month to month plan, so it is December about to be the holidays. I ask him if we set the account up could it be ready to go in January, no problem he says. So he calls me on Christmas Eve to get te activation fee I am like this is odd but he already stated they will just bill me in January.


My credt card machine isn't even activated yet I wait until I get back home in January send them my machine so they can activate it. Here come the deductions starting off with $39 for the activation I called him like hey what's up with 39 thought it was supposed to $19. He is blaming it on the company but he can get it fixed. Then I get a statement saying I was billed for December the whole month he set up my account on Christmas Eve and they don't prorate. Then I get a call from tech support they can't program my terminal because it is still with a company, THE CHURCH. They were billing my company and the church for the same terminal. I pulled his card on that and he told me to fax a written cancellation notice must've slipped his mind prior. He made sure he got a contact at the church to attempt to sell another terminal too. Honestly I have to check with my Pastor tomorrow I am not sure they ever stop billing them. They seem to be very heartless every time I call it is a cold blooded female answering the phone not letting speak to management they tell me to call Rick lie he returned my last ten calls. After we got the terminal officially switched over and program Rick called me, "you know what I wanted to cover the shipping but I can't I just don't have it. I thought it would but it has been a rough month" on my voicemail. Shipping was $15 at this tim they had already deducted $81 without me even having the terminal programmed. I called him back questioned him about these withdrawals then he told he would handle it and to not worry about shipping. Two days later they deducted the $15.


They deducted nearly $60 in February when I got my terminal on January 20 I called to find out why there was a monthly minimum I knew nothing about he asked me about my sales volume but never stated a minimum. So I tried to talk to him about it but here is where the silent treatment began "he is on another call, transfer you to his voicemail, the manager is not available." I sent him an email asking if he was still with the company he emailed back replying to my many voicemails as well he said he just spoke to the owner of the company and he said they refunded me all funds except but the 3rd party fee, the wireless fee, and $7 PCI fee which was him saying they refunded me nothing. He then went on to say that he will mail me a check to cover shipping; I was insulted. You over charge me hundreds but you are willing to send me a $15 check I told him that I wasn't interested in his guilt money and told him I would rather cancel. He didn't reply to my email I called to cancel and the lady responded as if this happens all the time she says you signed a 3 year contract.


I said "there is no way I did that I read the contract."


"You want to speak to Rick"


"He hasn't been answering my calls I left him several voicemails and emails to no avail."


"Well I can mail you out the contract"


She did not care that I just said this manager of the company was blatantly ignoring my messages. As far as this contract is concerned they are going to change it I know I did it electronically I have no copy. I can't believe soone could need comission that bad that they would go to this extreme to hook and crook. I have more respect for a purse snatcher. The owner who name is never mentioned has to be a low morale person because for all these complaints to be on rip off report, all the people that call with a complaint, and all the small businesses they hurt for him to not have a quality assurance department says a lot about his care for his customers. Hopefully someone will check this site before they do business lie I should have done like I normally do. If I find a workable solution I will post it.
