We were contact by United Plus Processing Tustin, CA on January 21, 2013.  Michael took our application over the phone and called us back stating that his company could get us a loan modification from our Mortgage company at a 2% fixed rate. Michael stated that next payment wouldn't be due until April 1st.
On January 22  after explaining that we didn't have all of the 895.00 fee he agreed to take two payments.  The first payment $600 on 1/22/2013 and the 2nd of $295.00 on 1/25/2013.  Payments were sent to by wire transfer to their bank account with  Citibank branch located at 13211 Jamboree Road Tustin, CA 92782.  I faxed paper work to 1-866-225-8187 to the attention of "Michael" and Daniel White.

After getting set up with them the process was put on hold because my mortgage company transferred my loan to another company causing everything with them to come to a halt.  My suspicions of a scam started to heighten when on February  13, 2013 I contacted Michael at and the person who answered stated that his name was Tony, when I ask for Michael the person(who by the way sounded like Michael) stated that they would have Michael call me back after learning who I was. Michael returned had been out to lunch.  He only wanted to know when I made my payment and was very inattentive which also heightened my suspicions more.

Yesterday, February 19, I received the paper work from the new mortgage company.  I Tried to fax the paper work to the fax number 1-866-225-8187 until 9 pm EST and received a busy signal. I tried again today February 20th and am still receiving a busy signal so I called Michael at 310-402-0978 it went directly to a voice mail box which announced that I had reached the mail box of "Michael Lowery"  thanked me for calling and said goodbye!

I then went to the website to locate the telephone number for company  and I sent several messages inquiring as to what is going on I can't reach anyone by phone or fax.  I also got the company number of 1-866-488-6520. loan review department Daniel White mail box full.  Option 2 went to a Christen in Processin who give a fax number voice box full.  Option 3 compliance department "1030" left a message with my home phone number.  0  option for the operator message said box for Daniel White and this voice box is full.  Staying on the line for to be forwarded to their general mail box This line stays busy.
So Please before anyone other homeowners get their home taken because so those who exemplify the behavior of the scums of the earth put an end to their treachery.
