United Processing Legal Department Scary Phone Call-claiming I owed money Huntington Beach California

I also got this very scary phone call today August 1st 2008. The name the guy used was Mike Johnson. They tried calling me the first time and left a very threatening rude and scary message on my voice mail. When I tried to call back it went straight to voice mail I left my name and number. Two minutes later My brother in law called me in a panic because they had called him claiming that I owed them money for a pay day loan and that he was going to be arrested also. About five minutes later Mike Johnson called me and started telling me a sheriff was coming to pick me up and he started screaming at me and threatening me and not letting me say anything. He also had all my personal information including my brother in laws phone number. I was hysterical at this point because I knew I had not gotten a pay day loan. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he claimed he was the highest person there as he is screaming at me. He hung up on me and i yelled to my husband in hysteric and tried to explain what was going on. He called Mike Johnson back on his phone trying to figure out what was going on and Mike Johnson claimed that I took out a payday loan and I owed 580.00 my husband said to him "give me the information including the name of the company I had taken the loan out from when it was taken out and an address that the money could be sent to the company to repay this". At this point Mike Johnson said it will just go to the court system.Then my husband asked Mike Johnson if he would like his address since he is a truck driver and the sheriff could come pick us both up. At this point Mike Johnson hung up on my husband. I called our bank to ask if there was ever a payday loan deposited into the account and they looked and the bank said there never was a deposit. This Mike Johnson guy had a very strong accent. Is there anything that can be done to this Man for doing what he is doing?
