I was contacted today September 14,2015 by a Indian speaking man with a phone number that came from New York. He left a message on my phone saying I need you or your recent attoney to call this phone call is extremley kind since then he stated his name, with the name of Jason Clark  left to contact at this number 1-646-205-3834 then said don't disregrad this message return the call NOW1 If you do not return this call the only thing I can do is to wish you Good Luck as the recent situation  unfolds on you Goodbye! and Good Luck!. I returned the phone call later in the day and spoke to another Indian speaking man who simple just idenified himself as the Senior Lawyer. At the he preceeded to get upset as I asked questions to whom is filing this against me. He at that time told me that the company could not EFT the money out of my account and that he would be sending me a summons to go to court and that I should receive it on Friday and then I would know who the company is that is filing and I asked him way can you not tell me know he said because some of the records are sealed and i do not have that information. I was like REALLY! then how can you do your job and recover for your cilents what is owed to them if you have no clue on to whom the money is to go to. He then stated well the amount owed is $1,495.00 and once it goes to court you will be at $5,000.00. I then proceded to tell him I am not sure if this is Legit so I will wait for the summons to come to my house on Friday and then i will know who I am dealing with. Well I decided to let it go and at least make a report until I get my summons to know if it is legit or not.
