United States Law Center Brandon Jacobs ( derran ) Nathan, Jacob Teller legal assistant Attorneys at law We recieved a letter in the mail they new all the info of our lender and info about us. We called them and on April 18th they sent us an email thanking us and stating someone would contact us in 24hrs.A man named Nathan did we set everything up for them to fax the loan papers to my husbands employer.We,d also set up a time for phone consult to go over papers, well that Friday Nathan was unavailable.We tried contacting him but the secretary always answered and took message finally he called and made the arrangements for the deposit at bank of america..when my husband first went to deposit the money the teller stated the account was in California not Philly.Made him uncomfortable so he didn't deposit the funds. He called united states law center and spoke with the female again she assured him everything was fine that was there finance dept.so he went back and deposited the 2,999.00. the amount to start the loan, after that we had a horrible time contacting them. then received an email stating they were gonna drop us if we didn't have everything to them within 48hrs this was on june 5th...We got the papers faxed, then we couldn't get a hold of anyone again.then jacob Teller called we had spoken with him before he said that we still owed 1,000 and are papers were late so thats a fee of 500.00..we had received our receipts stating pd in full there excuse was they automatically generate out when payments due we paid the 1,000.00 but they gave us a favor and dropped the 500.00 fee.After that day we never heard from them we,ve called everyday to voicemail box full..i,ve been researching and finally found this ripoff report and all the complaints.i couldn't believe my eyes my hearts aches for everyone. please help us
