The USPS, in extenso, is in violation of their own policies, the US Constitution, and state and federal laws. Unfair and inflated pricing of both letters  and packages, involvement with outside marketing companies for monetary gain only, distribution of and placement of unsolicited mailings in USPS PO boxes, business and residential US Mail boxes, all of which are unwanted and unsolicited and only for the monetary gain of profits of the USPS. The USPS abuses the mail system set in place by the founders of America. This has been a practice for some years now and continues to be and found acceptable by all those in authority from the highest US post to state representative.

As with most entities, be they civil or governmental, greed of money is their motivator and constant companion. Circumvention of both state and federal laws in various ways is also a common practice should it be in their interests. USPS no longer serves as this entity was meant to, but rather their own interests are served and for monetary gains and is in fact a governmental business entity whose bottom line is profit, and at the expense of every US citizen. USPS should be dismantled and rebuilt from the bottom up, dismissing any and all who are in their employ, with any and all criminal actions initiated against all responsible for the current workings of USPS. The numerous and countless complaints and problems stemming from the unacceptable  and willful actions of USPS would not exist, was it not for the shameful and wrongful actions and policies of all those at, and affiliated with USPS, and for monetary profits gain.
