United States Postal Service First Class Certified Crap Chicago Illinois
*Consumer Comment: Very interesting you never mention in your compaint wht the "certain way" is
I had sent a check to my truck loan company and I had it sent first class certified. I sent it out on the 6th of February and here it is March 6 a month later and neither of us have seen it at all. The postal service refuses to give me a refund at all because it wasn't sent a certain way. I say I should get a refund because I paid the money to have it sent and delivered a certain way and they did not follow through. The postal service in this country is not worth crap.

That is probably because the "certain way" is not the "correct way" and you think that you can send something any way YOU see fit and they should honor it. If you don't let the public know what the "certain way" is, then there is nothing else to assume than you don't have a valid rip-off.
