United States Postal Service Distrust, Coverup, Fraud San Diego California

I was a witness to a United States mail carrier throwing away mail, I called the post office and asked to speak to a supervisor, i told him about this and where the mail carrier was when this happen. He told me that he would talk to the carrier and ask the mail carrier about this. I informed the supervisor that i wanted a call back on this subject, he said he would give me a call back, he took my name and telephone number, meanwhile i went to the place where i saw the carrier throw away the mail and collected it in a plastic bag.

The next day i received a call back and the supervisor told me that he had talked to the carrier and the carrier told him that they did throw the mail away because some of the people did not want the catalogs and fliers that was in the mail and some people were no longer at the residence. I asked the supervisor what is to become of the carrier for throwing away mail, and to my surprise he said it was a mistake and the carrier will not be disciplined for it, i informed him that i had the mail and included were 12 different addresses that included bank statements and other first class mail pieces along with the catalogs, the supervisor said the carrier told me what happen, we have too take that into account that the carrier told us the truth that goes a long way with us,

so i tell the supervisor if i go out and steal your car and bring it back and tell you i just wanted to drive it that would be allright with you, he said no that would not be allright, that is stealing, so i ask what is throwing away first class mail, he would not answer. I took the mail up to the post office and gave it to the postmaster, who said he would investigate, the bottom line is this carrier is still carrying mail and nothing has been done no discipline at all, the post office will lie, cheat, steal and coverup the truth it seems they are trying to protect this carrier, i guess this carrier is a favorite of theirs so they are trying to protect them at all cost,

i have lost confidence in the United States Postal Service, they will lie, cheat, steal and coverup the truth. I have heard and read about carriers being terminated and doing time for throwing away mail. What makes this carrier so special, It makes you wonder what goes on at the Post Offices when someone throws away mail.
